From 6th to 10th May we will be with our booth at NPE! With more than 55.000 leaders from over 110 countries representing every industry — from automotive to healthcare to consumer products to construction and more -, NPE: The plastic show is the largest plastics trade show in the Americas for plastic industry and one of the most innovative business events in the world.

Meccanoplastica will be present with a booth where two high-tech plastic processing machines will be on display.

The first on will be the HE480 D: it’s an extrusion blow moulding machine full electric double station shuttle. It’s ideal for the production of hollow bodies in HDPE, PE and PP material up to 5L of volume capacity. Carriage stroke 480 mm. Mould clamping power 12-16 tons. Moreover, the model displayed is equipped with the new control system by B&R.

The HE480 D has energy recovery thanks to a device that recovers energy under braking (similar to “Kers” concept”). It’s a user-friendly machine, better performing and efficient, with more energy saving.

The second solution that you will find at the booth is the MIPET 4P: the MIPET-4P is a fully electric stretch blow moulding machine with 4 cavities. It’s ideal for making PET bottles up to 2L starting from a preform. This machine guarantees low energy consumption and an optimized heating system. The MIPET 4P has a new, more compact layout with a high-performance oven for faster preform heating time and increased production performance. The “GRREN” ceramic oven allow to increase heating performance and speed up production time.

This linear machine also has a system for checking the pressure inside the finished bottle. In this way, defective bottles that do not comply with the pressure control are discarded. It’s so efficient and allows very high energy savings.
