For extrusion, injection and stretch blow moulding machines
Our assistance “after-market” service starts during the preliminary commercial discussion phase, when we analyse the customer’s needs in order to evaluate possible customisations and integrations with existing lines.
In the after-sale phase, we offer various services, as listed below.
Maintenance
Through scheduled interventions at the customer’s premises, we provide a wide range of ordinary maintenance services, to ensure continued production efficiency and reliability of the machines.
Technical assistance
The technical assistance we provide includes machine installation and start-up according to the characteristics of the system.
It also includes support to deal with any repairs, defects and malfunctions, and rapid part replacements.
Spare parts
Our Florence and Barcelona facilities have a spare parts warehouse for extrusion, injection blow moulding and for PET machines where standard components are always available; rapid sourcing/delivery of parts is guaranteed.
Remote support
All the machines are equipped with a remote assistance device for fault diagnostics.
If necessary, software repairs are carried out immediately online.
Updates and conversions
We carry out revamping and retrofitting of our extrusion and injection blow moulding machines, to update them technologically. We also carry out machine conversions, such as when a production line has to switch to new materials or change format.
Training
Our technicians organise training for production personnel.
